a mirror without fog

http://www.countercurrents.org/index.htm

I happen to find this a couple days ago, this site.  The writers are from around the world and the mirror has no steam or fog on it.

The view from China is written by Stephen Lendman in a piece titled CHIN'S DOC OF U.S. HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES.  These ideas and facts are not found in our media and they are shocking.  Not pleasant to read.

Another piece is BEYOND THE MONOCULTURE  by Helene Norberg-Hodge  This piece explains glottalization in a manner than is not usually looked at by media.  The whole point of education of our youth is addressed and the roles of the local community vs. the wide world culture and the influence on children.

I would like to go work with this woman.

Isn't it surprising in the last few weeks the lack of respect the U.S. is getting from our allies namely Israel  and  the place our blood and money is going to in  Afghanistan.   Where has our  imagine from 'the good guys'  gone ?  Is it our war economy?  Is it our culture?
